Holly Cobb, Education Director of the Tom Lea Institute, will take you on a journey across the Mexican Revolution, New Deal, and WWII through the eyes and art of El Paso's own, Tom Lea. His experiences as an artist, artist correspondent and eye witness to some of the 20th Century's most profound historical events are transformed into curriculum units that will teach history and art appreciation. The target audience is 7th grade Social Studies teachers however, anyone is welcome.
