My name is Sandy Marie Romo. I have been a part of the field of education for nearly a decade. In my career I have had the privilege to work with all grade levels Kindergarten through the undergraduate level at The University of Texas at El Paso. I have served as a coordinator, CTE teacher, GT designee, webmaster, trainer, grant writer, research assistant/co-lecturer, and general education teacher in both the elementary and secondary levels. I hold a masters degree in Educational Administration, two bachelors degrees in Business Administration Marketing and Management, and an associates of arts degree in Business Administration. My areas of certification include Principal EC-12, School Counselor EC-12, Technology Applications EC-12, Gifted and Talented EC-12, English Language Arts and Reading 4-8, and Generalist EC-4. My passions include filmmaking, writing, reading and technology. It is my hope to inspire my students to embrace their inner genius and become competitive in the digital world.
